Nowadays, nitrogen generators are more and more widely used in all walks of life, and many enterprises are familiar with nitrogen generators. Nitrogen generators are also used in the printing and dyeing industry. So, what role does nitrogen generator play in printing and dyeing and environmental protection?

Due to the use of nitrogen sealing, the yarn does not need a full vat of dye for dyeing, but a reasonable liquid level can meet the requirements. When the yarn runs on the sealed cylinder in the dye solution, it is equivalent to full yarn. In the same tank of dyeing solution, the amount of dyeing solution can be greatly reduced. When the enterprise adopts nitrogen sealed dyeing, the total dyeing liquid volume is only about 4000 liters, while the liquid volume used for traditional dyeing and combined dyeing (10 tanks) is about 11000 liters.

The dyeing liquor volume of the dyeing machine with nitrogen sealing is only 2/5 of the traditional dyeing liquor volume, which can ensure the liquid level balance well in actual operation, and the dyeing liquor rarely rises before and after dyeing. At the same time, the color difference of finished products will also be reduced, which is more convenient and fast. It effectively reduces the storage barrel required to store a large amount of dye liquor, greatly reduces the discharge and treatment of waste liquid, and is conducive to environmental protection, energy conservation and waste.
